In order to review the operating conditions of the Group’s subsidiaries in the first half of the year, and clarify the planning direction and work priorities for the second half of the year, in the early autumn when the summer heat has not dissipated, the 2023 Group Semi-Annual Business Meeting will be held at the Group from August 12th to 15th. A total of 19 people including group executives and general managers of subsidiaries attended the meeting at the headquarters. The agenda of this meeting includes reports and comments on the operation of each subsidiary, the operation of the processing plant, review of Feichang results, standardization follow-up meeting, variety steel review, special meeting on communication and integration within the group, and discussion on the survival and development of each division of the group, etc.

The summary and planning of the subsidiaries at this meeting can be used for reference. The establishment of various seminars and special discussions is in line with the Group’s current operating status and future work direction. At the meeting, the key work was sorted out through discussion, and the direction of progress was clarified. There are many difficulties, but there is a lot of room for improvement. We need to change our methods and thinking, and actively seek changes to achieve great growth. On the main road of progress, doing fine and valuable work is our new turning point.
During the meeting, we arranged a 4-kilometer light walk along the Suzhou River after dinner, and took a group photo at the Jinyuan Memorial Square, the memorial site of the Anti-Japanese War in Sixing Warehouse. We listened to the history of 800 soldiers fighting for their lives in the Songhu Battle, and felt that the heroes care about their homeland. The innocent feelings, the bloody integrity of narrow roads and bright swords.
This meeting is a big exchange within the group, and it is a direction guide for the survival and development of each division of the group. Through the meeting, everyone’s direction became clearer and their beliefs became firmer.
