Application
60Si2Mn Spring steel sheet is used to manufacture medium and small section leaf springs, such as front and rear auxiliary leaf springs on automobiles; Manufacturing automobiles, tractors and other industries to manufacture leaf springs that work under large load and stress conditions.
For example, 55Si2MnB is a steel grade developed by China, and its harden-ability, comprehensive mechanical properties and fatigue properties are better than those of 60Si2Mn steel. It is mainly used to manufacture leaf springs of medium and small cars, and its application effect is good. It can also be used to make other leaf springs with medium cross-section size.
